Junior IT ERP Functional Support

Responsibilities :

  • Excellent in understanding business processes, where you must have knowledge of different business areas including the design of the business flow, and prepare documentation with a complete understanding of the business process

  • Able to understand each company's needs & pain points with respect to ERP software implementation. Evaluation of client demands for ERP and how a solution can be provided to enhance business processes.

  • Make sure that the software responds and reacts in the manner client is looking out for. You will always coordinate with the Engineering team for mapping different activities in the new system.

  • Once the development is completed, you will be responsible to delivers the documentation, end-user training, and smooth start of the software to the client, and also helps in understanding other requirements of the business which can be implemented in other phases.

  • After completing the redevelopment, you will be responsible to delivers end-user training and ensuring a smooth transition to the client. They may also report on the progress of the work effort, and follow up to support the application on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications : 

  • Logical understanding to resolve complicated problems

  • Possess decision-making skills for each and every module that has been required by the client.

  • Powerful Communication – both Speaking and understanding are necessary to interact with different people in an organization.

  • In and out knowledge of security configurations of the ERP system.

  • Expert knowledge in workflow configurations.

  • Should be Punctual in meetings to ensure timely delivery of every task.

  • Knowledge of different tools such as Red mine, Gantt View, and Project Management tools, to ensure smooth working.

  • Candidate will be highly prioritized if he/she possesses experience with Odoo ERP software
